Policy Details

  • All appointment requests will only be responded to, and or confirmed between the hours of 10:00am-5:00pm Tuesday thru Saturday. Please be sure to view Announcement bar (at top of web page) and or Upcoming Events page "prior" to scheduling your appointment. 

    • During non-business days, all appointment requests are accepted Online Only. Phone calls and texts will not be answered. Confirmation will take place the day prior to our next business day

    • It is recommended to submit your desired appt request at "least" 24hrs in advance to ensure availability

    • The business days listed serve as a reference for booking, but are subject to change based on appointments booked each day

  • If you call for an appointment during days of operation and do not get an answer, I am providing a boutique brow experience and cannot answer

    • You will receive an automated text requesting your info. You may also request online - confirmations are sent via text within 24hrs 

  • Confirmations are sent via text at least 1 hour prior to your appointment time and requires a prompt response to avoid cancellation. Same day cancellations will result in a fee (equal to the amount of your service), and may result in a deposit for your next service appointment

  • Please only arrive at your scheduled appt time, as to allow each client their individual privacy

    • Call me "directly" for entry into the building. (Please do not ring bell)

    • Please call or text if you are running late - late arrivals more than 5 minutes will need to be rescheduled

  • If you are experiencing cold/flu like symptoms, please be courteous and reschedule

  • All services are rendered by a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Technician
